Xbox elite series 2 replacement order

On may, 23rd i created an replacement order for my broken xbox elite series 2 because it had the lb doubleclicking issue. On 25th of may i sent it over to microsoft with the label they sent me. On ups parcel tracking it says that it arrived at the microsoft
return center on may 27th. But on the microsoft site it says that they still didnt get it and the service is going to expire in 5 days. What do I do? I need help asap

Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.

Turns out, the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller needed to be replaced.

Warranties cover a like for like replacement if required under that warranty so as far as I know, yes, if you send an Elite series 2 in for replacement you will receive an Elite series 2 back.

Is there a way to sue microaoft for this behaviour?

A class action lawsuit was filed against Microsoft in April regarding a design flaw which causes damage to the joystick's potentiometers:

Class actions tend to be settled before they're certified by a judge. Since you don't reside in the United States, you wouldn't be eligible for compensation. You might consider filing a similar complaint in your country.
