Xbox Elite Series 2 Issue

So my wife purchase the Elite Series 2 for me Feb 2021, I’ve started to get horrendous stick drift and it’s now become unplayable. I’ve tried to go through the request a repair process and low and behold it kicks me off the screen when it comes to picking an address, so I then try to request a call (obviously this doesn’t work) so then I decided I’d try and just get a call back so changed it to a billing issue and I get through the virtual assistant to then enter my number for a call and low and behold it kicks me out and says something has gone wrong Xbox’s side and to try again another time.

I’d normally be happy to wait and try it out but funnily enough the warranty runs out at the end of this month

Any ideas with where to go or what to do as every avenue seems to lead to issues on Xbox’ side and I’m going to be another £150 out of pocket in a week or two
