    I pre-ordered the new controller and within 6 months the right trigger is now sticking on the initial trigger pull. I tried rubbing alcohol and other remedies to fix this issue. I have babied this controller so this situation didn't arise. I have been
    on the phone with Microsoft support 5 times. Once I was sent to a dead-end call, another said nothing can be done, and another told me that I can pay $100 to replace the controller. I have supported microsoft by buying there laptops, consoles, and countless
    years of xbox live etc. you get the gist. I buy their most premium controller, and it is defective within half a year. I'm not paying 100 for a simple fix that can be made. I feel like my support for Microsoft isn't be reciprocated.
