XBOX Elite series 2 controller "xbox" and "A" botton problem

Hi there Cupsoul welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. This might be a glitch with the Xbox app! I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,

following the steps outlined in the Xbox One Wireless Controller Solution. If that does not work, and your controller is in warranty,
I would contact customer support to set up a replacement order.
