    Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller Warranty return


    I submitted a service request for my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller after the right shoulder button started playing up. I've sent the controller back to microsoft as instructed and the courier (UPS) is showing it as delivered nearly a week ago, however the
    service request status is saying that microsoft is waiting to recieve it. Is there any way to actually speak to someone from Microsoft to try and find out where this is? I've been through the online contact system and made zero progress, I'm starting to get
    a bit worried as right now it seems like my £160 controller has been lost.

    They recently extended the warranty for elite 2 to one year. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/elite-controller-series-2-warranty . maybe this will help
