Xbox Elite Series 2 controller want exchange or refund

So I've had this controller for awhile now and I noticed the day I got it my buttons would sometimes not work correctly. This is mostly apparent when sending Xbox messages or during quick time events. I know in general people say the controller sucks and
I kinda have to agree since I spent 200 on a controller that breaks when I have never once dropped it. Also my back triggers are falling apart which sucks because I never even use them for anything so how the heck did my left one break off? May I please have
help getting a better one or a refund?

I have about the same problem, sensitivity of half my paddles are **** they only work when I press them very hard... And whenever Im in a stressfull gaming situation and I apply some presure to my controller, it turns off by itself, I have to turn it back
on leaving me vulnerable to be killed or to get scored in games..making the controller almost as good as a basic one.. in general huge waste of 260$, do not recommend it to anyone.

Is it an Elite Series 2 Controller?

If so you have till January 31 to return or exchange it if you purchased it from the Microsoft online store.

There has been no confirmation if there is going to be an Elite Series 3 controller. So if you want the Elite controller, get the series 2 if you want one.

Hey you advertised the elite controller to be the best n blaa blaa. Well it's not what you promised do something to fix it or let us exchange them for new, on you... we can just file a recall I guess.

The only problem with my Elite controller are the grips.
