Xbox Elite series 2 Controller turning on then back off.

So i have had my series 2 controller for maybe a little over a year now and have had no issues until now, i turn it on then it blinks a few times, if my console is off it turns it on like it should but the controller's Xbox symbol flashes a few times and turns off, I've never had this issue happen before with any controller in the past, it wont stay on long enough to be detected by the console to do any sort of update check or anything and I most defiantly can't afford to buy a new one cause this one is acting up, as of currently the only way for me to do anything as i only have the one controller is to use my Xbox app to move through the console (only good for streaming shows and movies but not playing games) I would like to see if there was a way to fix this, if it was a battery issue it wouldn't even power on in general .

Turns out, the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller needed to be replaced.

Since you have already tried all fixes possible and the issue persists, then it can be a hardware issue and you will need to get it serviced. If it still under warranty, you can request a replacement for your controller using the link below.

And if it is not still in warranty? How much would it cost to have it serviced?

I've already tried these steps which is the reason why i made this thread in the first place.
