    Hi there,

    As is widely known there are numerous issues with the Series 2 controllers. I am now on my second one and have had it for 5 months. Even though I had issues with button presses it wasn't so bad, certainly compared to the first, that it bothered me. It is
    now at the point where it's getting worse, especially with quick tapping when the second input doesn't often take. I was, naively, hoping that an update would help as the buttons "feel" fine. I have played with so many controllers that usually you can tell
    just by pressing if there is something wrong with the buttons, as was the case with my first Elite 2. Could you please point me in the direction of sending it back to be repaired or replaced? I bought it off Amazon uk and can no longer send it back to them
    to get replaced.

    I bought an Elite Series one and really loved it but such ongoing issues for a £180 controller is really outrageous. I own multiple consoles, going back to SNES, and have never had as big issues with controllers as I have with this one. If somebody could
    please help me to send it back I would really appreciate it.

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
    Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,
