    Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller replacement


    Hello, I need to get my Elite Series 2 controller replaced. It is well within the 1 yr warranty, Purchased on Amazon on September 30th, 2024. I cannot get the Xbox website to work when trying to request a replacement. (Maybe because Im on a Mac using Safari?)

    About the problem worthy of replacement:

    Extreme stick drift on the left stick, random stick drift on the right stick.

    I have run all of the software calibrations on the Xbox Devices app for this controller (multiple times), checked for software updates, I have adjusted the tension with the tension tool, cleaned, prayed, etc... the problem exists. It is beyond user ability to repair. The problem is QUITE evident in the calibration software on the XBOX.

    SO, how do I go about getting an RMA to return the controller for replacement?

    I had tried several times (months ago) to register the controller on the Microsoft website, but never got the website to operate properly. I tried again a few weeks ago, and again today, and no luck. Will not let me register the controller.

    Please Help.

    Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

    Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.

    Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam
