Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller Off and on when it wants.

Ive had my controller since the day of release and ill be playing call of duty and the controller shuts off and reconnects itself. Im beyond annoyed as the cost for this controller was a lot. Is there any action being taken to fix this issue?! For me to
play a game then it takes about 15 seconds to connect itself again can ruin anyones mood during gameplay. Come on Microsoft, I have to be one of thousands complaining about this.

There has been no confirmation if there is going to be an Elite Series 3 controller. So if you want the Elite controller, get the series 2 if you want one.

Hello, did you try to update your controller? you plug it in with the cable to your console and look for an update. If you're playing with a headset, think about plugging it in at the time of the update. It can solve your problem.
