    Xbox elite series 2 controller no longer shows up on bluetooth on PC


    Just bought the series 2, got it home today tried to connect via bluetooth, asked for pin tried the usual 0000 and 1234 no luck.

    I then installed xbox accessories and updated the controller, now the controller is no longer detectable by bluetooth from my PC.

    PC able to detect all other bluetooth devices I have tested today, all other devices able to detect xbox controller just not my PC anymore.

    All drivers up to date

    Windows 11

    Tried troubleshooting no luck

    Yes it can detect my PS5 controller via bluetooth.

    Is there any way that Microsoft can confirm the device is faulty in order for to return it to the retailer for a refund?

    Oh, I see. I really can feel you here however this means the issue is on the controller and you'll be needing to process a replacement for it.
