Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller Issues

    Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller Issues


    I purchased an elite controller a few weeks ago from a retailer. Immediately as I started using the cintroller, the A button wasn't responding at all. As such, I returned the controller to the retailer and they gave me a replacement. When I used that one,
    I was facing the same issue but the button was only not responding a few times. Again, returned the controller and got a replacement. This time I was told that this had been an issue with a lot of these controllers and is one of the main reasons people have
    returned them. Surprisingly, there wasn't any issue with the third controllers A button, at first. Now, after two weeks of use, the button isn't responding much and the left thumbstick is unscrewing itself. The store I bought the controller from is closed
    right now due to Covid-19 and will likely be closed for another 2 weeks.

    If the unresponsive buttons have been such an issue since release, why has the new stock not been improved, or improved more than fixing the issue for the first week or so?

    Basically, should I wait for the retailer to reopen and return again or send to microsoft as it is clearly a warranty covered issue?

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
    Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,
