    Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller Issues


    Hi there! So, I pre-ordered the Series 2 Elite Controller and got it a few days after launch. Two weeks into having it, I noticed I couldn't connect the controller wireless-ly via bluetooth. I went onto the Xbox Support and chatted with someone on Microsoft.
    All they told was to make sure it was updated (which I already explained multiple times that it was). After that, they told me to wait for the next update. So, I was still out of luck when it comes to playing with the controller wireless-ly. Which kinda sucks
    when you drop about $200 on a controller. Fast forward to now, I built my first PC and I still can't use it wireless-ly (Yes, my PC has bluetooth). If I want to play with my Elite Series 2 Controller, I need to hard wire it. Which to me, it defeats the purpose
    of having a wireless controller. Also now, I have extreme analog drift. I never dropped my controller or anything, so it's surprising that I'm having issues like that. I can't find anywhere to chat to Microsoft. When I fill in my details, it just tells me
    that there's no chat option available for my issue.

    What steps do I take to get a hold of Microsoft to hopefully get a replacement Elite Series 2 Controller?

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
    Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,
