    Hello everyone,

    Here to report that the issue regarding the Bluetooth connection is not resolved at the te of this post (May 2021).

    I was sent 2 controllers that I updated through Xbox accessories using the cord.

    Once I tried to connect via Bluetooth 5.0 (one controller at a time), each controller was detected but no key stroke was transmitted to my computer. I tried on my laptop and it was the same....

    I sent everything back for full refund as a €200 Bluetooth controller without a working Bluetooth feature is a real disappointment. Especially since the controller is really well made, it is a shame that it is not working properly (except for the A button that was not responsive 1 time on 24 press) :-(

    the elite controller series 2 has Bluetooth compatibility and is therefore compatible with windows 10 too. the first release of the elite controller was before xbox was integrated into windows 10, therefore there was no need at the time for Bluetooth.

    The elite series one controller never had Bluetooth so you would've received exactly what you ordered if you need Bluetooth you need a new edition standard controller or an elite series 2
