    Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller - Bluetooth Connection Issues


    I just recently got a Elite Series 2 Controller and was looking forward to using it wirelessly with my PC running Windows 11. I am able to connect it fine over bluetooth but once i get into a game the controller disconnects from bluetooth and does not reconnect unless i go into the bluetooth settings and remove device and repair the device. Is there a reason that this is happening because as of right now i am unable to use it wirelessly?

    I have unistalled and reinstalled the Xbox Accessories app and also done the same with my bluetooth driver and nothing has fixed the issue.

    Also when first having it connected over bluetooth and then plugging it in via USB-C to my PC (to maybe make changes in the Xbox Accessories app) when i go to unplug it, the controller doesn't automatically reconnect to the PC via Bluetooth so i have to go in a forget the device and repair the controller after every time it is plugged in. Is there a fix being worked on????

    Xbox Elite Series 2 controller connects to Samsung frame TV, but does not work to control any functions on screen

    I have the same issue:

    * the plain Xbox controller (non elite) connects via bluetooth to the TV and is recognised by the Xbox cloud app on my Samsung TV. I can use it to play games using the Samsung Xbox app.

    * the brand new Xbox Elite Series 2 controller connects via bluetooth to the TV and is NOT recognised by the Xbox cloud app.

    I tried several attempts deleting the pairing, re-pairing. Turn off TV on the power switch. Re-installing the Xbox app on the Samsung TV.

    The result is always the same:

    * The Xbox Elite Series 2 controller connects successfully to the TV and is shown as Paired and Connected in the Samsung TVs feature where you add external devices.
    * But the Xbox app shows the yellow ! exclamation mark and does not recognise the Elite Controller.

    I’ve paired my other non Elite standard Xbox controller now vie Bluetooth and USB, which works both.

    I try to connect my Xbox Elite wireless controller series 2 via bluetooth on my Ipad Pro 11 inch 2018, but it can't make connection or won't be recognized. The series 2 controller supports bluetooth. I can make connection with the other older version Xbox
    One S wireless controller immediately.

    I'd make a phone call with Apple support and they said that maybe the problem could be that the Xbox Elite controller series 2 won't be supported and isn't compatible with Ipad.

    I want to know guys if you had the same problem and I want to ask if there will be an update in the future to solve this problem?
    At the moment the series 2 elite controller is not compatible with Iphones/Ipads. At the moment the only device that the series 2 controller is available on IOS side is the Mac and even that it's janky. Series 2 controller works fine on Android at the moment.
    Sorry if this doesn't help you, I myself is waiting for the Bluetooth proprietary to be added to the IOS list
