xbox elite series 2 conteoller

i’ve had my controller since february 14, of 2021 and i have to say this is one of the worst devices i’ve ever owned. starting out within the first week or so of owning it, the charger port went out and i had to charge it with the dock only. it babied the **** out of this thing aswell. everytime i was done playing with it i would put it back up into the case and close it while it charged and didn’t even use the paddles nor trigger stoppers for a few months. i’ve yet to even use the trigger stoppers just don’t feel right to me when i use them but last week, i was watching hulu and my controller just became completely unresponsive. it didn’t die or anything just completely stopped working. i resynced it to my xbox, i tried with an other xbox bae it didn’t fix it. well for the first time in probably 11 months the charging port worked when i plugged it in and it was showing it was dead, which confused me because i never got an warning or anything of the controller being low. fast forward to probably 15 minutes ago my controller went into sleep mode(i guess you call it that) where it’s been inactive for say 30 minutes or whatever it is set up as. it now will not turn back on at all, i’ve tried charging it, turning my xbox back on and off, wont connect to my computer or anything.

OH YEAH, also, just to add to it i spend months researching if it was worth it and i promise you if you’re reading this thinking of buying this controller it’s a scam. the bumpers are literally bipolar or something, sometimes they work with every press sometimes you have to press them 3-5 times to even get a response out of it. on top of that the a button barely works so i have to use a paddle for that or id be screwed over. i promise you, go put your money towards some other controller. id rather own a 15 dollar wired walmart controller at this point.

DO NOT BUY THIS CONTROLLER.
