    I've had my elite series 2 controller for around 7 months now, and I've been loving it. However, 2 days ago I started having some issues with charging the controller.

    Initially when the problem arose, the controller wouldn't turn on at all, but then I connected it to the console itself (per your troubleshooting guidance on the website) which at least got the controller breathing again.

    Now that the controller turns on, I can't get it to charge past what the Xbox guide indicates as approximately 20%. The orange light on the controller doesn't come on, it either stays white or not illuminated at all. That being said, I saw it once randomly
    turn on so I know it still works just not as intended.

    I've tried charging it with 3 different cables and 3 different power sources (including the console) to the controller directly and via the hub, none of which charge the controller to a usable percentage. I have gotten the controller charged enough to use
    it for about 2 hours, but that was after about 8 hours of charging.

    No other functions on the controller are degraded.

    The firmware version on my controller is 4.8.1908.0.
