    Hello everybody,

    I have the issue, that pressing the A Button doesn't always count as a button press. Expecially if it does not get pressed very hard, or pressed to a side. Also the other buttons (B/X/Y) seem to have a similar issue, but this appears much more rarely.

    My controller got excanged already once by Microsoft support. A veeery slow process due to Corona. And the new one has exactly the same issue.

    I can find that issue maaaaaany times when I google for it, a lot of people have it.

    There was also another thread here, that is regrettably closed already. There people have the same issue, some got replaced the controller more than 6 times and issue didn't get solved. It seems to be a general issue:

    PLEASE HELP HERE! I don't want to send it back again, to wait for weeks again without *any* controller, and then having the same issue AGAIN AND AGAIN!

    I would reccomend checking the xbox accessories app to see if there is a update if there is I would also say do the update with the controlled wired

    On the xbox accessories app there is also a test mode it allows you to see what button's are actually being registered when you press them
