    It is currently 21 days after i placed my order on june 2nd for the xbox elite series 2 controller. My order is still listed in the pending status. Recently recieved an email on june 17th stating my order was getting a new updated delievery date for june
    22nd from the suggested june 30th date. That date has come and passed and my order is still listed as pending. Yet the microsoft store is back offering the controller to buy now and have it out for delivery by july 2nd. Where is my controller ?

    Order stuck on pending

    I ordered an Elite Controller Series 2 on the 14th and the order has been stuck on pending. I just want to know if things are slow because of the virus or if there’s something else wrong.
    I ordered headphones on 4-4 and they are still marked as pending even though I've been charged! This is bs.

    I personally have purchased an Elite Series 2, can confirm that it will say pending until the day it sends. I spent about 3 weeks waiting for mine, and this was right before the crisis started.

    More than likely it will take longer due to the current virus problems.
