Xbox Elite series 1 grips coming off.

have had this controller for around 3 years. The right grip is starting to peel, I purchased this at Best Buy and did get the warranty. I am unable to send this in for service it seems /: . Is there anything I can do other than replacing the grips or buying
a new controller?

Not unless your best buy warranty is still good. Other than that it's replace it or glue!

you purchased it at bestbuy and their extended warranty if you got it was two years and you can renew it. If you did you can take it back for a replacement pretty much no questions asked. If not then sorry you are out of luck.

I take it your Best Buy Warranty period is over? If so then your only options are to try and fix it yourself with glue as others have suggested or buy a new one or better yet a Series 2. In my opinion they've improved significantly, the grip wraps around
all the way now so I can't see that being an issue anymore.

All my controllers from Xbox One to X and Elite 1 & 2 still work and have no faults mechanically. Elite Series 1 my grips came off after two years of abuse. Other than that no problems.
