Xbox elite series 1 controller repair

Hello my name is Austin,

I’ve had had my elite controller for about 5 months give or take, and my left joystick seems to have a mind of its own sometimes just scroller through stuff or making my character walk forward in games. Is there A possibility for repair or will I need to
replace the device entirely.

Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,

Unfortunately you cannot do much at home to fix this kind if issue as it appears to be something with the controllers hardware (internal components) so you’d probably be best off bringing it into a Microsoft store/contact them via live support or just buying
a new one off of their website.

Depending in which country you live in, you may still have warranty.

If so, you can setup a repair at MS and they can fix it for you.
