Xbox Elite pad cant connect/blinking light

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. First of all, that is really a bummer, especially since it is an Elite controller, so I'm sorry to hear that this is happening. If anything, you should try to see if a different console will recognize
it, but if it doesn't and you're unable to get it functional, then your best bet would be

set up a repair or replacement for the Elite controller if you're still in warranty.

Thanks for the swift reply! If you've already tried on more than one console without a positive result, and your Elite controller is under a year old, then you would be in warranty. So, at this juncture, I'd recommend setting everything up for a replacement
Elite controller. Go ahead and utilize the link I posted prior to set up the replacement on your own, or (should you be unable to) you may
request a call back from Xbox Support and they'd be happy to help do so on your behalf.

thank you for replying, i have tried it on two different consoles, as far as im aware its still under a year old im hoping its still in warranty. thank you

I also have same problem "after update", my chat pad's oran light keep blinking. but this xbox app still show's nothing to update. Game pad working fine but chat pad doesn't working after update this stupid firmware!!!

i done that but cant see how that would have an effect on the xbox power light blinking
