    Xbox elite controller won’t stay on or work with Xbox


    Hi I have an Xbox elite series 2 controller that is a little over a year old. Once after charging it, it will not power on or connect to my Xbox one. It blinks a few times and goes off. Even when I connect it to the Xbox with the usb cable it still will not turn on or pair with Xbox. The only thing I can get it to do is plug into my pc and it stays on and works. Will not do that with Xbox though. How do I factory reset it?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    You may need to perform this on your console for it to work:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Unplug the console for 5 minutes.

    3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Tried that and no change, tried Chrome and Safari, mobile and desktop sites. Works absolutely fine for regular Xbox controller designing but won’t give a checkout option for Elite custom designs
