<p>Long story short as possible with no solution except maybe wait 30 mins for a phone call which will probably run me around again.</p><p></p><p>Bought a white elite controller from Microsoft Aus Ebay store back in March. Controller grips peeling off
already despite light usage, Ebay CSR refers me to: http://support.microsoft.com for warranty.</p><p></p><p>Registered my XB1, went to create service order for elite accessory under it for repair/warranty. Tells me to contact customer service because it can't.</p><p></p><p>Every
single article on MS <span style="text-decoration:underline;">and</span> XB websites tell you to lodge the service order or to contact customer support.</p><p></p><p>Every single option for warranty comes up with the brain dead virtual assistant for dummies,
OR it comes up saying that there is no person to talk to for warranty issues and to choose "Message with an Xbox gamer" (How the hell is that helpful?), "Schedule an Appointment" when the single store in Sydney is in the CBD, "Call Back in 30mins" which I'm
guessing is the only option and from previous experience I doubt will help me, and the last option "Ask the Community" which leads me here.</p><p></p><p>What happened to the online chat feature? Unless it's seriously not available for warranty specifically
for some reason??? I've exhausted every option presented for this simple thing. Next I'll hear that Ebay sales from the official account aren't given warranty or something.</p><p><br />Thank you to anyone who can help me.</p>
