    Hey Dol -

    Have you tried connecting your Xbox Elite controller to your Xbox One console via USB to force a sync? If that doesn't work, it sounds like getting your Elite controller repaired will be next option. Here is information on

    Yeah but when you payed upwards of £100 for a controller with paddle your not going to be happy. I am currently having the same prolems with my controller but microsoft wont help me one bit. I cant to anything with the controller and i have tried my mic
    on another controller and it works fine.
