xbox elite controller series one is broken...AGAIN.

I just need to speak with a friggin' person. I'm starting to get pissed with this "support" system. It says it can't register my controller and I can't request a callback for my issue. My controller should still be under warranty and it needs to be replaced,
but I don't know how I'm supposed to make that happen. These controllers are garbage, but they're EXPENSIVE garbage, and it blows my mind how hard it is to get some help. Does anyone have an actual phone number for this company?!?

I'm about an hour away from the closest microsoft store. I may have to swing up there if I can't get this figured out, but I would prefer not to have to drive all that way for a game controller. I didn't think of that though; that's really helpful. Thanks

it looks like a number is on there but i dont know if thats just for consoles or all hardware including accessories. What happened with the controller exactly?

The little buttons on the back that slide up and down to control how far down the triggers can go have both fallen down inside the controller, the joystick has become unresponsive, and it keeps disconnecting from the xbox during play.
