    Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 - Right Tigger Noise


    All,

    I purchased an Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 and have exchanged 2 times already in 3 weeks. My first was an issue with the A button however the most recent 2 are with the right trigger when the trigger is on the short tigger lock. When the trigger is
    pulled you can hear a plastic noise on the inside. The left trigger doesn’t do this. It appears the part when the short tigger lock is set is loose or the plastic is weak.

    I’m not sure what to do at this point since this is my third controller. I want to return however I don’t know if Microsoft is aware of this possible manufacturing issue. If the left trigger made the same noise I’d accept it however this is not the case.
    It’s extremely annoying when playing a game and for the money I’d expect better.

    Microsoft - what would you suggest?

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
    Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,

    i have the elite controller series 1 and elite controller series 2 and the only thing interchangeable is the D-Pad IE:- if you want the silver one form the elite controller series 1 onto the series 2 ... the under trigers and thumbsticks are of a different
    designs so will not fit .... i have just got both elite controllers out to make sure i am right in what i am saying

    You can do that with the Elite Series 2 controller. You have to add your home theater to your Xbox if you haven't already.

    Using the Xbox Accessories app I added the Volume up, down and mute to the dpad up, down and right to my 3rd preset on my Elite Series 2 controller.
