Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 replacement info

Hi everyone!

I've just required a replacement order for my Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 and I wanted to know what do I have to put inside the box.

In the mail they sent to me it's said that I have to keep every removable part of the controller (so thumbstick, paddles, thumbstick-adjustment tool, USB-C cable and D-pads) but nothing is said about carrying case and charging dock. Do I have to ship also these
last two things? Or do I have to keep charging dock/carrying case/them both?

Turns out, the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller needed to be replaced.

The Elite Series 2 controller has a 1 year warranty.

If your controller isn’t working and needs replacing, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty and
enter the controller’s serial number at the bottom of that page. For the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, the 14-character serial number is in the lower centre on the back of the controller.
