Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 RB is broken

After just over a year of having this controller my RB has stopped working for 90% of the time, regardless of the game, app or just being in the dashboard. My controller has had stick drift for a few months and it's slowly getting worse. I'm now out of warranty and stuck with a broken controller with, what seems like no help from Microsoft. For a £160 controller, I'd expect it to last longer than 17 months!! Absolutely ridiculous. Does anyone have a fix for the RB button or, if Microsoft support are seeing this, do you have any advice?

My elite series 2 rb button doesnt work and i cant find a replacement button how do i fix this

Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam

I would say yes. A lot of elite controllers (series 1 and 2) have several manifacturing problems, the most common are RB/LB malfunctioning and sticks.

I hear the RB is the main issue with Elite Series 2. For €180 I'll pass.
