    Hey Ya'll,

    Big fan and loyal customer here.

    Back in July I got the Elite Controller Series 2 for my birthday and I'm having drifting issues on only the left joystick. This is quite in annoyance because sometimes I feel like I am fighting "The Controller Boss". I took some video's of the effect on
    certain games if anyone wants to see. This happens on PC and Xbox One. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem or get a replacement? I think the friend got the controller from Target but I am not sure if they got the warranty or not.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    My elite series 2 design lab controller broke after 2 weeks of use. Will Microsoft fix the controller I send them or replace it altogether?

    Typically they just send you a whole new unit while they refurb the old if possible. They should replace it with the same colors too. Keep in mind though that the Elite Series 2 controller is VERY notorious for left stick drift unfortunately.
