    Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 Issues


    My xbox elite series 2 controller stopped working wirelessly. I was playing a game and it just turned off. It would not let me turn it back on. I let it charge for over four hours, and tried turning it on again wirelessly and it still didnt work. It only works when it is plugged in and connected and never wirelessly. This is my fourth time a defect has occured in my elite series 2 controller over the course of the past 5 months and it is extremely infuriating. Every time I have sent it to microsoft since it is under warranty, it has either returned with no fix or a new defect. Xbox needs to fix these issues with the elite controllers and even the normal ones. It is awful customer service to not fix issues that have been occurring with elite controllers since the release of the series 1 version over five years ago.

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
    Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,
