    Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 compatibility with Xbox Series X


    I am switching from PlayStation to Xbox for the next gen consoles. I really like to have back pedals for my controllers, so naturally I am looking at getting the elite controller. However, I saw that it uses USB-C to charge it and the Series X does not
    have any USB-C ports. So I was wondering how would one go about charging the controller if you cannot plug it into your Xbox?

    Thank you for your post. The Xbox Series X will allow for backward compatibility with Xbox One controllers, meaning an Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 will work as normal with the Series X.

    The Xbox Series X controllers will work on Xbox One consoles, and the Xbox One controllers (including the Elite/Elite V2) will work on Xbox Series X too.
