Xbox Elite Controller Series 1 Grips Falling off

The grips for my Xbox elite controller model 1698 have almost entirely fallen off, is there any way to get them repaired or do I need to buy a new controller?

I will most likely be buying one. Had my current elite for some time now and the grips are falling off. Waiting on the release as there is no point of buying a new gen 1 controller

All my controllers from Xbox One to X and Elite 1 & 2 still work and have no faults mechanically. Elite Series 1 my grips came off after two years of abuse. Other than that no problems.

You should return it and get a new elite controller are buy a different controller.
