    Button mapping menu disappeared - elite controller

    Just wanted to adjust some settings for my elite controller. Going into configure it only allows to reset to default. The menu to button map etcetera has disappeared. Controllers are up to date and have rebooted system.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Screen shuttering since early August update

    Hi buddy,

    I was having the same issues with my elite console. A Hard reset only helped temporarily, however last week I did a factory reset and since then it has worked great.

    Thank you for the answer it is not an elite controller so that answered why it defaults back due to it is a plain xbox one controller was just curious on why it kept defaulting back

    Hi Aaron,

    What kind of controller do you have?

    If it is an Elite controller which uses Adjust trigger Sensitivity software you can set the game sensitivity on Windows PC.

    However I recommend that you reset to default as a workaround step:

    Press Windows+R keys and open the run box.

    Type in joy.cpl and click on Enter.

    Pick the controller from the Game controller’s window and tap on Properties.

    Tap on reset to default and check if it makes any difference.
