    Hello, over 2 weeks ago I started the process for a replacement of an Xbox Elite Controller due to hardware issues.

    My issue was somewhat resolved but I am extremely unhappy with how the process went. It has taken me nearly 2 weeks to just start the replacement order, and I was told ON TWO separate occasions that my problem could be solved by sending me a replacement
    controller first as it is my only one. Now I need to send mine back, wait 10 business days without one, to get a replacement. I understand Microsoft has certain policies, but it is the fact that I WAS TOLD TWICE by two different people the replacement could
    be sent first. This is also extremely frustrating considering I have purchased such a premium product.

    So I was in a constant loop of messaging and calling for two weeks, with no straight answer, with errors, mistakes, and lies. Told on multiple occasions I would be contacted within 24 hours when I was not. Very, very unsatisfied with this experience, considering
    stopping my business with Xbox and not renewing Xbox Live when it expires.

    I thought this should be documented here, as this is not how this processes should work.

    Member for 7 Years, which I will now stop.

    I have a Elite Controller being repared/replaced and saying you recieved it on the 8th July , showing still at the repair centre , its now the 16th July . Find this unacceptable why isit taking so long to replace.

    Same here my day one edition feels terrible in comparison to the xbox 360 controller. The controller has got progressively worse over the months. I think that it is unacceptable to have to pay to return a faulty product and then have to wait 20 days for
    a replacement.

    I am going to purchase a new controller from Amazon in the hope that the quality has improved if not it is all going back for a refund.

    This is unacceptable. Can we just agree that streaming the same videos over and over again is not working and that it should be storing workouts locally. At first it was constant buffering now it's simply crashing out of the workouts. Terrible experience.
    Terrible console. Total cluster.
