    Xbox Elite Controller Repair Status Cancelled!!!! Controller now lost


    Sent my Xbox Elite Series 2 for repair on 1/15/21 and the device was delivered on 1/18/21 with proof of delivery. 1/20/21 the service order was cancelled for no reason and I cannot get anyone to tell me where my controller is. Contacting Xbox support is the most frustrating thing known to man. I have to contact accounts and billing every single time to get connected to the hardware division as when i try to contact them directly I am told online that phone contact is not a supported option. Can someone give me some insight on this????

    You can order replacement parts for the Elite controller through the Microsoft Device Repair page. Be sure to register the controller's serial number to your Microsoft account.

    The cost of parts may vary depending on your warranty status. The default warranty time of the Elite controller is 90 days from purchase.
