Xbox elite controller repair in germany

My elite controller (1st gen) has been uesd for a year and a half. Unfortunately, the RB buttom was out of control recently, and seems it has been already out of warranty.

I have been to many electronic repairing stores in Mainz, but none of them can repair my controller. I also tried to contact Microsoft to see whether they can request a repair for me, but they do not accept a request
for a controller out of warranty. Then I went to some stores in Frankford such as Gamestop and Saturn for help, but they can only repair the normal controller instead of elite one.

Is that possible to repair the elite controller in germany? What kind of stores can provide such services?

They WILL NOT FIX. They just send another refurbish controller and don't fix it. I have the same problem, i know have a worst controller than the one i sent it. At least here in GERMANY repair center. SO please, next time avoid going to elite serie, you
will save lot of money and trouble.

Let me tell you a story (sound like marcus on borderlands 2 hahah)

On 31 of May i send it from portugal a elite 2 to repair (warranty), on 10 of june the elite was delivery by UPS but never received by Microsoft, so last week, everyday i contact Microsoft to ask about the controller and today i got the email saying the controller
was arrived on Microsoft center (Germany).

So, hold you hand with them. I don't know there, but here they have 30 business day to repair and send to my house.

If your controller is out of warranty you can still get it repaired, however shipping and the repair won't be free. You can find steps on servicing your Elite Controller right here
