xbox elite controller redeem code doesn't work.

I bought TWO Gears Of War 4 controllers.

Both are second hands.

The code for the skin was essential for me. And it doesn't work. The seller is a friend of mine and assuring me that the code was never used. Actually, the controller was just used for exposition.

Do I have a solution ? Two Elite GOW controller and still no skins...

Hi! You should have had a code included within your Xbox Elite Controller packaging for this. The redeem code should allow you to download the app.

Have you tried connecting your Xbox Elite controller to your Xbox One console via USB to force a sync? If that doesn't work, it sounds like getting your Elite controller repaired will be next option. Here is information on

yep, mine was a promo code from samsung that came with the mogaX controller. its supposed to be redeemed through the xbox game pass app, that doesn't work, and nor via Microsoft.com/redeem, as per the email containing the code
