    Hello,

    I mailed out my Xbox Elite controller about a month ago and no one seems to know where it is. I sent it in for repairs and I cannot get into contact with someone to give me a refund. Please advise I just want to get my controller back or repaired.

    As i mentioned before, there's no phone number to contact Xbox support currently, you need to go to the Xbox support site, and there you choose the contact us option you follow the steps to request the call or contact trough chat
