    Xbox Elite Controller Fell Apart


    Hello everyone, first post here in the forums. I’ve been meaning to address this problem I have with my Elite controller. When I purchased my Xbox One, I went ahead and got the package with the Elite controller. A few months later, one of my rubber grip
    pads began to peel off. Before long, It fell off. Along with this, one of the analog sticks isn’t magnetic at all and has flown off many times during gameplay. The controller has never been thrown, dropped, or abused in any other way. I went to the warranty
    center but am unable to replace the entire controller, only the parts, due to my system being out of warranty. I read a couple of posts online where Xbox was replacing them even out of warranty due to them falling apart. My question is this; has anyone had
    their out of warranty Elite controller replaced because if it falling apart due to normal use? If so, how do I go about getting it replaced? Thanks in advance!

    I have not heard of them being replaced out of warranty. You can contact
    Xbox Support to see if they will do anything.

    I came across a couple posts but not too many. I suppose there is no harm in contacting them. Thanks!

    The same thing happened but I bought the Elite controller day one.I would say next time buy your xbox controller at best buy and get a warranty on it.
