Xbox Elite Controller Electrical Problem

Has anyone had a problem with the elite controller constanly turning the paddles on & off?

It seems to be an electrical problem, my controller randomly started doing it while i was playing. Is there anything i can do to fix it? The controller is now out of warrenty & id rather not pay out for another that will just break again next year.

Unfortunayely it's a factory issue, i do not have this problem with my elite controller but 2 of my friends have it.

Here is the info on getting the elite Controller serviced. Servicing your Xbox Elite Controller
You will put in a service request here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices
under your console. Change the category to Accessories and then under select issue type select Elite Controller. Then input your PID number from the controller and click create repair order.

I can confirm that the Xbox Elite 2 controller has issues with conducting electricity through the paddles.

I am getting shocked as well.

The Xbox Elite 2 controller needs to be recalled immediately.

No the only controller that has a dimmer light is the elite series 2. You can always use a piece of electrical tape to cover the light.

Thank you but xbox is connected direct to electric outlet i think problem is xbox connect to controllers because its hapend with both controlers
