xbox elite controller broken bumper

I saved up for this thing and in six weeks the left bumper is loose and falling out in play. severe disappointment.

Elite controller bumper broken

hi i live in europe their is a law witch says that every product are under warranty for 2 years.

Yesterday my elite controller had a problem with rb button the bumper is broken ,i had this controller in the xbox one elite pack 1to.

On 15 december 2015 the console is warranty since 2018 but can i get a replacement or a repair on that controller ? She has less than a year. Thank you for your help

Hi, I have a Elite controller bough in Nov 2015 on where the Right Bumper button is no longer "springy" as it used to. How can i get it replaced? In Stockholm, Sweden.

I have my elite for a lot of time and with me the rubber grips went off with 1 year of use, last month was a broken bumper. I had to replace the bumpers of my old controller.

My "elite" controller broke after 6 months of normal use and no abuse. The left bumper is broken and the left stick has too much play in it. Microsoft of course won't do anything because it is past its 90 day warranty. Tons of reports of broken bumpers and
yet Microsoft won't come out and admit they have a design flaw with these controllers. Profits over gamers

Hi, I have basicly the same problem, but my bumper is already falling ot of the controller!

Problem is, i can't register my controller, in fact you cannot register any Xbox accessories for repair and service

So what am I supposed to do now?
