XBOX ELITE Controller Broken Bumper

Hi, I have a Elite controller bough in Nov 2015 on where the Right Bumper button is no longer "springy" as it used to. How can i get it replaced? In Stockholm, Sweden.

hi i live in europe their is a law witch says that every product are under warranty for 2 years.

Yesterday my elite controller had a problem with rb button the bumper is broken ,i had this controller in the xbox one elite pack 1to.

On 15 december 2015 the console is warranty since 2018 but can i get a replacement or a repair on that controller ? She has less than a year. Thank you for your help

Hi, I have basicly the same problem, but my bumper is already falling ot of the controller!

Problem is, i can't register my controller, in fact you cannot register any Xbox accessories for repair and service

So what am I supposed to do now?

If your controller is still in warranty you can set up a repair
over here. You will need to register your Xbox One in order to request a repair for your controller,

 

I could still not register my separately bought ELITE controller but was helped by the Microsoft Support Chat!

 

I have 3 xbox ones and 3 elite controllers and one of them has a broken right bumper as well. I purchased the 3 controllers in January of this year so they are out of warranty. Support told me that my only option is I can send it in for replacement. If I
had damaged it I could possibly see it but I can't see spending another $150 for a controller when all it needs is a $5 part that failed. It is apparent that it is a common problem on these controllers for all the hits on the internet. I was really happy with
the controller.

 

Same here. Can't register it either.

 

I was happy with the controller but I can't believe there is only a 90 day warranty on a controller that costs almost 3 times more than the normal one.
