    my Xbox 1 elite controller LB button has came out and I googled and it is a problem with the controller and I don't know what to do. Do I go to a shop to repair it or send it back to Xbox

    Hi,

    if they are broken you always got your warranty, you can go back to the store where you bought your Xbox one Elite controller.

    I think that the controller is durable and shouldt be easy broken.

    Xbox elite controller broke

    The same thing happened to mine, plus the left stick would drift.. i dont know where to go to fix it. But it cost 150 bucks soo

    If the controller is in warranty Microsoft may offer to replace it. If not you would need to purchase a new controller

    Unfortunately elites are far more fragile.

    ive still got day one controllers that work, yet had two elites that broke.

    I had my Day One Edition controller for 5 years before it broke.

    It only broke because I dropped it. The elite controllers have issues.

    But the standard quality is top tier if treated properly in my opinion.
