XBOX ELITE CONTROLLER BROKE IN 4months!

I bought an elite controller 4/22/16, I play Halo5 a lot my controller layout is bumper jumper which low an behold requires my left stick to pushed in to crouch. Well my controller no longer works when I click it in. Microsoft only offers a 90day warranty
for 170$ controller. I've read several threads and forum posts about elite controllers breaking around the 4 month period. When will a multi-billion dollar business rise up and start replacing these controllers? Without "us" (Microsoft supporters) you would
not be making billions and be able to take advantage of 'us". You need to take responsibility for your poorly made elite controllers that keep breaking around the 4month period. It's a simple problem that could be fixed by replacing the controllers. By replacing
these controllers you keep your consumers happy, and show "us" (Microsoft Supporters) that a billion dollar company is just not out take advantage of your consumers. This is a huge problem and should be acknowledged and taken care of.

if they are broken you always got your warranty, you can go back to the store where you bought your Xbox one Elite controller.

I think that the controller is durable and shouldt be easy broken.

 

The official warranty period for "accessories" (xbox one elite wireless is under that label) is 90 days, you're correct. Controllers wear out, and that's not avoidable BUT the elite and newer models are built with the past in mind.
