Xbox elite controller AUX problem

Same for me my Lumia950xl and the aux cable I use in the car will not record through the head set adapter. Is it that its an elite controller?

Do u have another set of headphones to try? If so try them could be a problem with the Aux port on the controller itself.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Here is a guide that will get you to the request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Another thing you can do, if your controller is under warranty, you can register it for repair. To do this, just go here.

I has the same problem,

I have a question for you, do you play with some AUX cable connecting to the controller with external speakers?

Because when I’ve been connected with some speaker to the controller it was disconnected, when I plug it off, stop disconnections.

MY SOLUTION:

When I Play with USB-C and the aux cable as well, It WON’T discconect,

The problem is only when I play Without usb-c cable, probably because it’s can’t use so much power only with the batteries while the speakers are connect into the controller.
