Xbox Elite Controller - Application - Thumbstick Sensitivity Issue

It has been shown on many videos as well as been announced by Microsoft that the Xbox Elite Controller would let you fully customize thumbstick sensitivity. My Accessories Application only has 4 preset options, (Default, Slow Start, Fast Start, Instant).

Take a look at this video and skip to 1:53. This video clearly shows a different version of the Accessories Application where thumbstick sensitivity is fully customizable, NOT limited to 4 preset values. ()

Is this something that is going to be released to us in the near future? Or was this feature taken out completely? Or maybe I'm just missing how to access this feature in the application?

Can anyone give an official word on when/if this feature is going to be available to us?

Xbox One Elite Controller Thumbstick Sensitivity Parameters

Slow Start has an issue when looking diagonally. It will stay at slow movement the entire time when the joystick is pressed diagonally instead of speeding up when the joystick is all the way to the edge.

Disappointed in this feature so far. We were told we would have complete control over the movement curve, not only have 3 preset settings.

Slow start is closest to what I wanted (low sensitivity close to center, high sensitivity along the very edge), and at least as used in Destiny, all it seemed to do was cause a lot of lag before moving my reticle. Very disappointed with this stand out feature
so far.

I'm more concerned that proper customization of these curves isn't coming, since it was previously advertised but isn't present and I've not heard any word or seen much (really any) discussion of this feature or its current hamstrung state anywhere.

So I'm on the phone with Xbox Support to see if they have more information, and they're basically telling me that the Intro Video on the Application shows all the final features of the product, and on that video it says that you can choose between 4 preset
options, not that you can setup your own sensitivity.

Previous videos have had this feature shown, so it's pretty sad that they ship out the product with a new video that has removed some of the features.

I Don't have this on the Elite controller. Seen it on previous controllers. You have way to much movement in that thumbstick, does not happen on either thumbstick, and obvious a flaw as only one of your sticks.

I do however have both left and right thumbstick drift. Deveolpeed after a couple hours of use, noticable on Instant sensitivity on certain apps, games. Going through a complaint regarding this matter onthe standard controller. Shocked to see it on the
Elite. So not only is the design/ quality bad, manufacturing seem horendous looking at your controller as it should not have that much movement, send it back mate.

If your Xbox accessories app is giving you trouble, I have two solutions for you that may help mitigate the issue you're experiencing.

1. Your Xbox Elite Series 2 should have a physical Thumbstick-adjustment tool. Utilizing this tool will allow you adjust the tension of your thumbsticks which could help with the looseness that you're experiencing. 2. You can adjust your sensitivity settings in game by entering your settings and looking for your horizontal and vertical look sensitivity. If you feel that it's too fast, you can lower it. If you feel like it's too slow, you can raise it. You can also try adjusting your look acceleration if it's available.
