    So at the start of lock down i sent my elite 2 controller into Microsoft for repair due to faulty analogues, UPS registered that it had been dropped off however the service status never changed on my Microsoft account to being received. Due to the current
    situation i could not get into contact with Microsoft as i was told constantly reduced staff meant a delay on all current processes, so i did as told and left it. However now i see that the service order has closed due to being over the designated amount of
    time before item has been delivered (even though i have proof of delivery via the UPS website). I now have no record of the service on my account, i have tried to get through to Microsoft but seem to be finding it impossible to speak to an actual person. The
    automated system keeps looping me to here so thought i would see if anyone has a direct number i can call. The item arrived at microsoft around a week after i created the service order. FYI i am in the UK.
