    Hi community,

    I had bought a Xbox Elite controller 2 in Jan and after couple of days of use I experience joystick drift.

    I went online to create a replacement and within couple of days I received a controller (Well done for the fast turnaround time).

    unfortunately the condition of the controller seems refurbished and the grip on the right side seems to have been re-glued.

    This is actually a controller that is in worst condition than the one I bought and I don't know who I can speak to to make sure I get a new controller.

    Given the high price of the controller 270 SGD, I would assume I would be getting a new ones especially since it has been used few hours.

    series 2 electrical shocks (not static electricity)

    I can confirm that the Xbox Elite 2 controller has issues with conducting electricity through the paddles.

    I am getting shocked as well.

    The Xbox Elite 2 controller needs to be recalled immediately.

    I've run into the same issue with my Elite Series 2. I'm going with a Scuf controller next. I'll never buy another xbox elite controller, they're poorly manufactured controllers that cost almost $200.
