Xbox Elite controller 2 audio feedback and right trigger is not quiet

hi

whilst online other players are hearing feedback from me. i thought it was headset so replaced and it is still happening

if i unplug and plug them back in again they are ok for a few minutes

whilst gaming i have to switch the mic off

also the right trigger seem like it is missing something if i fully press and let go it knocks. left one is quiet

Hi Eggsey,

Has your problem been resolved? I've had similar situations with my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller regarding the trigger buttons. If it's "sticky", you can try adding some lube into the gaps, sometimes that will fix it. What worked for me, was pulling down
on the trigger towards the bottom of the trigger. Over time, wear and tear can shift the trigger, and the trigger would rub against the plastic.

I am trying to contact microsoft as i bought it direct from them.

just cannot seem to be able to find a number to ring
